1/3 CUP FRESH AVOCADO
1 WHOLE LIME, PEELED
1 WHOLE LEMON, PEELED AND SEEDS REMOVED
1 CUP OF BLUE RASPBERRY SYRUP
2 CUPS OF ICE
Blend at the highest speed in your Vitamix Blender (or other professional blender) using the tamper to press the ingredients towards the blades. Blending time 45 seconds. Spoon into a pineapple half shell.
ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS
Add several types of sliced tropical fruits and/or nuts to complement the pineapple shell.
