1/2 Cup (60 g) Fresh Pineapple Chunks, Core Included
1/2 Cup (60 g) Fresh Strawberries
1/2 Medium Orange, Peeled, Seeded
1/2 Ripe Pear, Cored
1 Cup (240 ml) Ice Cubes
1 Cup (240 ml) Water
2 tbs of honey or stevia sweetener
2 cups of blueberries (set aside)
Directions
1) Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container (except for the blueberries) in the order listed and secure lid
(2) Select Smoothie Program
(3) Switch machine to Start and allow machine to complete programmed cycle
In a 16oz glass fill the glass half way with the smoothie mixture.
Add the blueberries to the remaining smoothie mixture in the container. Blend for an additional 20 seconds.
Carefully spoon blueberry mixture on top of existing smoothie in the 16oz glass. Do not pour as it will cause both mixtures to blend together.
Serve immediately.
