CHOCOLATE CASHEW MILK

MADE USING THE VITAMIX ASCENT SERIES A3500 AND THE 20oz BLENDING CUP


1/3 CUP RAW SOAKED CASHEWS (soak overnight in filtered water)

1 CUP OF FILTERED WATER

1/2 CUP ICE CUBES (may substitute for 1/2 cup of water if refrigerating after blending)

Using the Vitamix Ascent Series or Legacy machines, use 20oz single-serve blending cup, 

ramp up the speed to the highest and blend for 60 seconds. 

FOR CHOCOLATE MILK, AFTER BLENDING ADD:

1TBS GRANULATED SUGAR

1/3 CUP PREMIUM DARK CHOCOLATE SAUCE (dairy-free)

1/4 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

1/8 TSP INSTANT COFFEE

Ramp up to variable speed 4 and blend for 25 seconds, just to mix in chocolate, sugar, vanilla and coffee. 

Chill for at least 2 hours for best taste.
