1 TBS PURE MAPLE SYRUP
1 TBS FRESH THYME LEAVES (PLUS MORE FOR GARNISH)
1 TSP RED WINE VINEGAR
1/8TH TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
2 TSP KOSHER SALT (OPTIONAL, BUT RECOMMENDED)
