NO-KNEAD ITALIAN-STYLE ARTISAN BREAD RECIPE
CREATES EASILY WITH ANY FOOD PROCESSOR, INCLUDING THE VITAMIX FOOD PROCESSOR ATTACHMENT
INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups of sifted All-Purpose Flour (preferably 2 Cups of white, 1 Cup wheat)
1/4 Tsp of Rapid Rise Instant Yeast
1 Tsp of Kosher Salt
2 TBS Italian Spice Blend or Italian seasoning, w/sodium (Preferably by Blenditup. See HERE)
Combine dry ingredients together in a food processor before next step.
Add 1-1/2 Cups Hot Water (About 130F, but not boiling)
Pulse Food Processor to create dough.
Note: Can be baked on a Pizza Stone or Dutch Oven
