3/4 CUP OF SIMPLE SUGAR SYRUP (2 PARTS SUGAR, 1 PART WATER DISSOLVED ON THE STOVE, THEN CHILLED)
1/4 CUP OF TURKISH HONEY (OR ANY LOCAL HONEY)
4 CUPS OF ICED-TEA ICE CUBES (BREW TEA THEN POUR INTO ICE CUBE TRAYS. FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS)
START YOUR VITAMIX ON LOW, THEN RAMP UP TO THE HIGHEST SPEED. BLEND FOR 30 SECONDS OR UNTIL ICE IS SMOOTH.
