Earlier this year I revealed to my YouTube viewers how much I love the Vitamix Professional Series 750 and it’s always been my favorite amongst all Vitamix blenders. Vitamix makes some amazing machines but I’ve always had a spot in my heart for the Vitamix Professional Series 750. This model came out in 2012 and it’s still a staple of the company. The low profile design making it easy to fit underneath cabinets, quieter operation, improved cooling and unique design and beauty make this version of Vitamix a memorable favorite of mine.

Vitamix has created several colors of the Pro 750 ranging from Brushed Stainless to Black and the Copper Metal Finish (shown above) that fits beautifully in many kitchen designs.

WHAT’S NEW ABOUT THE PEARL GREY?

It’s not the same build and material as the Brushed Stainless Metal Finish Heritage Collection that is being discontinued. The body is made of hard plastic and maintains the same great build quality of the original Vitamix Pro 750 from year 2012. The metallic finish is very pronounced and it’s covered in high gloss clear coat to protect from scratches as well as showcasing the beautiful specs in the Pearl Grey metallic finish. The body is lighter in weight when compared to the Vitamix Pro 750 Heritage Collection with the metal body. Weighing in at 10.3 LBS vs. the Vitamix Pro 750 Heritage Collection weighing in at 11.2 LBS shown above in Copper Metal Finish. Weight is not necessarily important since it will be sitting on your countertop, but it does attribute to build quality differences.

When comparing the noise level on both the Pro 750 Copper Metal Finish and the Pro 750 Pearl Grey I found the Pro 750 Copper Metal Finish to be quieter when it comes to ambient noise. The Pro 750 Peal Grey presented a heavier sound of bass. I could easily feel the vibrations of the motor on the countertop. The Pro 750 Copper Metal Finish had a lighter sound in terms of ambient noise. This is due to better sound dampening because of the metal body frame. Both versions were noisy enough for some to complain when blending at parties or early morning while family is sleeping, but the Heritage Collection Pro 750 Copper Metal Finish is overall quieter.

In the box you get the Vitamix Pro 750 in Pearl Grey. The Tamper. Recipe Book. Instructions and a 7 year warranty.

SHOULD YOU BUY THE NEW VITAMIX PRO 750 IN PEARL GREY?

Absolutely! It’s a beautiful machine and looks far better in person than the pictures shown. The glossy finish really showcases the beautiful metallic design. The Vitamix Pro 750 is a timeless classic and will always be my favorite.
