1/2 TSP TAHIN (CHILI LIME SALT)


1 SMALL SLICE OF FRESH JALAPEÑO (SIZE OF A DIME)


2 CUPS FROZEN WATERMELON CUBES


1-2 FRESH MINT LEAVES (LARGE ONES)


1 FRESH BASIL LEAF (LARGE)


PLACE INGREDIENTS INTO THE VITAMIX OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL BLENDER IN THE ORDER LISTED. RAMP UP TO THE HIGHEST SPEED AND USING THE TAMPER TO ASSIST ON PROCESSING UNTIL A SLUSHY DRINKABLE TEXTURE IS FORMED. ABOUT 25-30 SECONDS OF BLENDING. 

CAREFUL NOT TO OVER-BLEND TO MAINTAIN SLUSH TEXTURE
POUR INTO CHILI LIME SALT RIMMED GLASS AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
