JUICE OF A WHOLE LARGE LIME

1/3 CUP OF BEE-FREE VEGAN HONEY

1TBS FRESH AVOCADO

1 LARGE BASIL LEAF (USE WHEN BLENDING WITH PINEAPPLE ICE CUBES)

1/2TSP CINNAMON

1/4TH TSP KOSHER SALT


PLACE EVERYTHING IN THE VITAMIX 48OZ/TALL 64OZ CONTAINER (EXCEPT FOR THE BASIL) IN THE ORDER LISTED. START ON VARIABLE SPEED 1 AND SLOWLY INCREASE TO THE HIGHEST SPEED. BLEND FOR 1 MINUTE. POUR INTO ICE CUBE TRAYS. FREEZE OVERNIGHT.

2 CUPS OF FRESH STRAWBERRIES (GREEN LEAVES REMOVED)

3TBS OF BEE-FREE VEGAN HONEY

2TBS OF RAW BEET ROOT


PLACE EVERYTHING IN THE VITAMIX CONTAINER IN THE ORDER LISTED. START ON VARIABLE SPEED 1 AND SLOWLY INCREASE TO THE HIGHEST SPEED. BLEND FOR 1 MINUTE. REFRIGERATE. 


PINEAPPLE TOPPING (THE EASY WAY)

1 20OZ CAN OF CRUSHED PINEAPPLE

1/2 CUP OF GRANULATED SUGAR

1 TBS CORNSTARCH

PLACE EVERYTHING INTO A SAUCEPAN ON MEDIUM HEAT. STIR UNCOVERED PERIODICALLY FOR 5 MINUTES. LET SIT UNTIL COOL THEN REFRIGERATE BEFORE USE.
