DASH OF CINNAMON

DASH OF FRESH NUTMEG

Pour mixture into the vitamix blending container in the order listed and blend on medium/or speed 7 on the Vitamix until smooth. About 20 seconds. Pour mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
