MAKE WITH ANY VITAMIX BLENDER WITH VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL (RECIPE WORKS WITH ALL VITAMIX CONTAINER SIZES
INGREDIENTS (makes 30 ounces)
1/4 CUP OF DOUBLE-STRENGTH COFFEE (REFRIGERATED) (TIP, USE INSTANT COFFEE FOR FASTER PREP)
3/4 CUP OF PLAIN-FLAVORED ALMOND MILK OR DAIRY-BASED MILK
1TBS OF CARAMEL SAUCE
2/3 CUP OF VANILLA SYRUP (USE TORANI SYRUP OR STARBUCKS)
1/4 TSP OF XANTHAN GUM (VERY AFFORDABLE SMALLER PACKAGE AT WALMART SINCE YOU NEED VERY LITTLE AS A BINDER)
2 CUPS OF ICE (STORE-BOUGHT ICE IS RECOMMENDED SINCE THE CUBES ARE SMALLER FOR BLENDING)
DIRECTIONS
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A VITAMIX BLENDER (WITH VARIABLE SPEED) IN THE ORDER LISTED. START ON SPEED 1 AND GRADUALLY INCREASE TO BREAK DOWN THE ICE. AFTER 10 SECONDS INCREASE TO THE HIGHEST SPEED AND CONTINUE BLENDING. TOTAL BLENDING TIME IS 30 SECONDS. STOP THE VITAMIX.
GARNISH THE WALLS OF YOUR GLASS WITH CARAMEL SAUCE AND POUR IN YOUR FRAPPUCINO. TEXTURE SHOULD BE FROTHY, NOT LIQUIDY. BLENDING LONGER THAN 30 SECONDS WILL TURN IT INTO LIQUID. A FRAPPÉ SHOULD HAVE FROTHY TEXTURE.
GARNISH WITH WHIPPED TOPPING (DAIRY OR NON-DAIRY) AND TOP WITH CARAMEL SAUCE.
SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
