TOMATILLO PINEAPPLE SALSA

CREATED USING THE VITAMIX ASCENT SERIES A3500 AND THE 8OZ BLENDING BOWL

NOTE: This recipe is customized for the Vitamix Ascent Series blender using the 8oz blending bowl.

1-1/2 oz TOMATILLOS (rough chop)

1/2 oz RED BELL PEPPER (rough chop)

1 oz PINEAPPLE CHUNKS

1 TBS CILANTRO (rough chop)

1/2 TBS JALAPENO (rough chop)

1/2 OF A SMALL GARLIC CLOVE

1/2 oz RED ONION (rough chop)

1TSP WHITE VINEGAR

1TSP LIME JUICE

1TBS ORANGE JUICE

1/4 TSP KOSHER SALT

PINCH OF FRESH CRACKED BLACK PEPPER

Place everything into the Vitamix 8oz Bowl in the order listed. Start on speed 4

and pulse multiple times until desired texture is reached.
