12 Ounces (340 g) Russet Potatoes, Baked, Halved, (About 2 Medium), Divided Use
2/3 Cup (80 g) Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided Use
2 Tablespoons (20 h) Chopped Onion, Sauteed
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Ounce (28 g) Bacon, Cooked
(1) Place milk, one potato, half of the cheese, onion, dill and salt into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid
(2) Select Hot Soup Setting or blend on HIGH for 5 minutes (non-presets Vitamix models)
(3) Switch machine to Start and allow machine to complete programmed cycle
(4) Select Variable speed 1
(5) Switch machine to Start and remove lid plug. Add remaining potato, bacon and cheese through the lid plug opening
(6) Blend an additional 10 seconds
