1/2 Medium Onion, Peeled, about 1/3 cup (47 g) Chopped

1 Jalapeño Pepper, Seeds and Membranes Removed

1/4 Cup (5 g) Fresh Cilantro Leaves

1/2 Lemon or Lime, Juiced

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

6 Ripe Roma Tomatoes, Quartered (24 Quarters)  

Directions 

(1) Place onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime, salt and six of the tomato quarters into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid

(2) Select Variable speed 5. Pulse 2 times  

(3) Add the remaining tomato quarters through the lid plug opening. Pulse 5 times or until desired consistency is reached

(4) Serve with tortilla chips
