CREATED USING A VITAMIX BLENDER
MAKES 4 CUPS
2 CUPS FRESH CASHEW MILK
1/4 CUP CASHEW BUTTER
1/2 CUP COCONUT CREAM
1TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
1/2 CUP PURE MAPLE SYRUP
6 PITTED DATES
1/4 TSP FRESH GROUND NUTMEG
PINCH OF SALT
INSTRUCTIONS:
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO THE VITAMIX CONTAINER OR OTHER POWER BLENDER IN THE ORDER LISTED.
BLEND ON HIGH FOR 2 MINUTES.
POUR MIXTURE INTO ICE CREAM TRAYS AND FREEZE OVERNIGHT.
BLEND ICE CUBES IN THE VITAMIX ON THE HIGHEST SPEED, USING THE TAMPER TO PRESS ICE CUBES UNTIL THEY CHURN INTO AN ICE CREAM TEXTURE. ABOUT 40-50 SECONDS MAX. STOP BLENDING AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
