2 Ripe Avocados, Peeled, Pitted, Halved

1 Roma Tomato, Quartered

1/2 Cup (10 g) Fresh Cilantro Leaves

1/4 (40 g) Chopped Red Onion

2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Lemon Juice

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

Directions 

(1) Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid

(2) Select Variable speed 4

(3) Pulse 5 to 6 times or until ingredients are mixed, using the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades while processing

(4) Do not over blend. Leave chunky. Serve with tortilla chips
