1 Cup (240 g) Real Mayonnaise

1 Cup (240 g) Sour Cream

3/4 Cup (18 g) Mixed Favorite Fresh Herbs (Dill, Marjoram, Basil, etc) 

2 Tablespoons (12 g) Chopped Green Onion

2 Tablespoons (30 ml) White Vinegar

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Directions

(1) Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid

(2) Select Variable speed 1

(3) Switch machine to Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 5

(4) Blend for 20 seconds or until smooth. Use tamper if necessary

(5) Refrigerate leftovers
