Yield: 3-1/2 Cups

1 Pound (454 g) Butter, Softened

1 Cup (240 ml) Canola or Light Olive Oil

1/2 Cup (120 ml) Honey (Or to Taste) 

Directions:

(1) Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid

(2) Select Variable Speed 1

(3) Switch machine to Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 5

(4) Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Stop machine and scrape sides with spatula

(5) Reduce speed to Variable 3

(6) Switch machine to Start and blend for 10 seconds

(7) Cover and refrigerate or roll in plastic wrap and form a 6-inch (15 cm) log
