8- Ounce (227 g) Package Cream Cheese, Cut Into 8 Pieces

1 Cup (150 g) Coarsely Chopped Bell Pepper (Any Color) 

1 Cup (113 g) Hot Pepper Cheese Cubes

1/2 Cup (100 g) Roasted Red Pepper, Drained And Patted Dry

1 Scallion, Cut Into 4 Pieces

1/4 Fresh Jalapeño Pepper, Seeded, about 1 Tablespoon Chopped

1 Tablespoon Half And Half

1/8 Teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Directions 

(1) Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid

(2) Select Variable speed 1

(3) Switch machine to Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 5

(4) Blend for 25 seconds or until smooth. Use tamper if necessary

(5) If a thinner dip is desired, add 1 additional tablespoon half and half

(6) Refrigerate leftovers
