3/4 Cup (180 ml) Olive Oil

1/4 Cup (60 ml) Apple Cider or Raspberry Vinegar

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Dried Basil

1/2 Cup (60 g) Fresh or Frozen Red Raspberries

1/4 Cup ( 60 ml) Water

2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Honey

Directions

(1) Place Olive oil, vinegar, salt, basil, raspberries and water into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid

(2) Select Variable speed 1

(3) Switch machine to STart and remove the lid plug. Add honey through the lid plug opening and replace lid plug

(4) Slowly increase speed to Variable 4

(5) Blend for 30 seconds
