Yield 2-1/2 Cups

2 Cups (480 ml) Water

1/2 Cup (100 g) Cooked Brown Rice, Cooled

1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar Or Other Sweetener, To Taste

Directions: 

(1) Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid

(2) Select Variable Speed 1

(3) Switch machine to Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 10

(4) Blend for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Store in Refrigerator. Shake well before using

(5) Optional: Strain the rice milk through a nut milk bag or pass through a fine-mesh sieve.
